अंतरराष्ट्रीय रेटिंग एजेंसियों के भारत के प्रति नैतिक होने या नहीं होने की बात में सक्रियता का प्रश्न उठाना जरूरी है। रेटिंग एजेंसियों की तरफ से एक देश के आर्थिक व्यवस्था को मूल्यांकन करना एक महत्वपूर्ण कार्य है, लेकिन यह उनकी जिम्मेदारी भी है कि वे इस कार्य को ईमानदारी और नैतिकता के साथ निभाएं।

कई लोग मानते हैं कि रेटिंग एजेंसियों की मेथडोलॉजी में पक्षपाती और आदर्श-विरोधी प्रभाव होते हैं, जो उनके निर्णयों को प्रभावित करते हैं। इस तरह के प्रतिबंध, अगर होते हैं, तो यह नैतिक मुद्दा भी हो सकता है।

साथ ही, भारत की विशेष परिस्थितियों और विकास डायनेमिक्स को पूरी तरह से समझने की आवश्यकता है। भारत एक विस्तृत देश है जिसमें सामाजिक, आर्थिक और राजनीतिक परिस्थितियाँ एक दूसरे से घुल मिल जाती हैं। इसलिए, रेटिंग एजेंसियों को भारत के विकास की पूरी तस्वीर को समझने के लिए अधिक गहरा ज्ञान होना चाहिए।

इस परिस्थिति में, सरकार और अंतरराष्ट्रीय रेटिंग एजेंसियों के बीच सक्रिय संबंध और संवाद की आवश्यकता है। सरकार को अपने विकास के प्रति पारदर्शिता बनाए रखना और रेटिंग एजेंसियों को भी उनके विकास के मूल्यांकन में सही और नैतिक तरीके से शामिल होने की जरूरत है।

अंतरराष्ट्रीय रेटिंग एजेंसियों को नैतिक होने या नहीं होने की घोषणा करने से ज्यादा, उन्हें समर्थन, मार्गदर्शन और संवाद के लिए प्रेरित किया जाना चाहिए, ताकि वे भारत के विकास को सही ढंग से समझ सकें और उसके लिए उचित मूल्यांकन कर सकें।

It is important to raise questions about the ethical conduct of international rating agencies towards India. While evaluating the economy of a country is a significant task for rating agencies, it is also their responsibility to carry out this task with honesty and integrity.

Many believe that rating agencies' methodologies are biased and can influence their decisions. Such biases, if present, could also become ethical issues.

Additionally, understanding India's unique circumstances and developmental dynamics is essential. India is a diverse country where social, economic, and political conditions intertwine. Therefore, rating agencies should have a deeper understanding of India's development to fully comprehend the picture.

In this context, active engagement and dialogue between the government and international rating agencies are necessary. The government should maintain transparency regarding its development, and rating agencies should participate in evaluating it in an accurate and ethical manner.

Rather than simply declaring whether international rating agencies are ethical or not, they should be encouraged to engage in support, guidance, and dialogue. This will enable them to better understand India's development and conduct appropriate evaluations.
